Wher is my cigar?
There are several ways to find it on our site. A good place to start is A to Z alphabetical brands listing. Then there's the Full List of over 800 brands. Finally, you can see what other people buy at Top 20 List. Not sure how the name of a cigar is spelled? Use our search which is configured to handle partial matches. It is also a good place to find a cigar of a particular size from a certain country, within some price range. As always - don't hesitate to contact us should you need any additional assistance. |

How do you calculate Per Cigar Value?
Per Cigar Value represents the value of the deal. It is the dollar amount you would end up paying for each cigar, taking shipping cost into account. Here is our formula:
"per cigar value" = ( "listed price" + "shipping cost" ) / "purchase quantity"
This formula does not include local taxes, so pay attention to the store description field in the table. |

How do I delete cigars from MyCigars history page?
The list of looked up cigars is a personalization feature, which lets you see current best prices and directly links to price comparison tables of the cigars you looked up before. Next to the name of each cigar in your history list there is a 'remove' button. Please use this button to remove the corresponding cigar in the list. |

How do I set up the Price Drop Alert?
Price Drop Alert will send you an email when we find that a store offers your cigar at the price (per cigar value) below the one you indicated. To set it up, in MyPage (or MyCigars page) under the name of the cigar of your choice select the radio button to the left of 'Let me know if price drops to or below'. To the right of this text enter the amount you are willing to pay Per Cigar. Click 'Notify Me' button. You should see a message saying: 'We will notify you on the price drop below' the number you specified. That's all. To disable this alert, click 'Change This' button under the name of the cigar of your choice. |

Price Change Alert will send you an email when we find that the lowest price (per cigar value) of the cigar of your choice has changed. This way you can monitor price fluctuations both up and down. To set it up, in MyPage (or MyCigars page) under the name of cigar of your choice select the radio button to the left of 'Let me know of any price change'. Click 'Notify Me' button. You should see a message saying: 'We will keep notifying you on any price changes'. To disable this alert, click 'Change This' button under the name of the cigar of your choice. |
